Lease to Own Option
The most popular housing option for prospective new home owners is the Lease to Own Program. This is our in house financing solution for your manufactured home purchase in any of our communities. Our Lease to Own Program is available on many of our remodeled existing homes and all of our new homes that are offered for sale by our sales staff. This unique program offers the best features of renting and buying and enables our residents to own their own home in 8 to 12 years at affordable payments that are interest free (that's right, 0% interest) and include a generous discount from the market value of the home for an unbeatable purchase price on a new or existing home. At the end of the payment term, the home owner can complete the purchase of the home with a final payment of $1 and live in the home with only lot rent payments, or the owner can move the home to a new location inside or outside of our community if they desire.
Twelve Month Rental Program Option
Four Leaf Properties also offers a 12 month rental option on select remodeled homes. The rental program homes have the same limited warranty as the homes that are purchased under the Lease to Own Program. We recognize that not everyone is in a position to take advantage of our Lease to Own Program, so our Rental Option provides the opportunity to enjoy all of the community advantages and have the flexibility to make a move at the end of the 12 month rental term.
