Since 1948, family owned and operated Fonk’s Home Center has been helping families in southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois realize their dream of home ownership. Our sales staff of 10 includes 7 employees that have grown up in the factory built housing industry. Thanks to our experience and expertise, we have built a process that guides our customers through the home purchasing process to make sure we are meeting your home buying needs. Customer satisfaction is what continues to makes our company succeed and is the primary focus at Fonk’s Home Center. In fact, Our manufactured home dealership has received numerous awards from Four Seasons Housing and Rochester Homes as well as being named a Top 10 dealer of Wick-Rollohome. Fonk’s Home Center is an active member of the Wisconsin Housing Alliance and currently has one employee serving on the Board of Directors of their Communities Council.

Because customer satisfaction is our #1 priority we only sell homes from manufacturers that service their customers. We proudly offer manufactured and modular homes from Wick-Rollohome, Rochester Homes, Four Seasons Housing, and Fairmont Homes. Our Wick-Rollohome Products have a 10 year Structural Warranty and we have distributed their homes since 1952. Rochester Homes have multiple two-story, cap cod, and ranch style homes that can be customized to meet your needs. Four Seasons Housing and Fairmont Homes are nationally in the top 15 in sales of manufactured HUD homes. Both products have great value for the first time homeowner or single-section buyer. Our floor plans are not restricted to the brochures provided by the manufacturers, which exceeds over 100 plans. In fact, more than 90 percent of the homes that our customers purchase are customized.

If you have an existing factory-built home that you would like to trade-in, no problem! We will happily accept any trade-in and will provide services to remove existing homes from their sites.

We pride ourselves in maintaining two beautiful manufactured home communities in Southeastern Wisconsin with over 315 sites. Our all-age communities are known for exceptional re-sale value and their affordable lot fees. We also work with many other communities in the area.

Fonk’s Home Center also offers one-stop services needed in the entire home buying process, including home insurance, financing and construction services. We are state licensed general contractor and Wisconsin installer and have a large list of qualified sub-contractors that assist in the complete construction of the modular homes on private property and in communities. Home buyers can work with us to obtain loans for land/lease homes through the Bank of Elmwood and home owners insurance through Foremost.
