WHO ARE WE?

Since 1984, Pascal-Turner Homes has created a tradition of excellence in building quality, factory built homes and providing award winning service to homeowners in Maryland. Our Home Sales Center is located in Middle River in Baltimore County and we build custom modular homes in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Harford Counties.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We offer a wide variety of standard floors plans for ranch, capes cods and two story home styles. If you want to modify one of the standard floor plans, we offer you the opportunity to customize or design a custom floor plan to meet your needs. We have built standard and custom modular homes up to 6,000 sq. ft. Our homes offer an unlimited selection of options and upgrades such as: 9' ceilings, deluxe molding packages, ceramic and hardwood floors, corian - granite - marble countertops, fireplaces, stone or brick veneers, garages and more. We have also built homes with elevators.

Effective Communication: Prompt, thorough and detailed quotes for your home building project. Bi-monthly meetings will keep you informed and updated. We are open Monday-Friday, and are available evenings and weekends by appointment.

We can sit down with you and discuss your new home building dreams and begin the process of preparing a FREE home building project budget. We can show you our two story model home at our Home Center and learn what features are important to you in your new home. We will visit your home site and create a comprehensive line-item budget for the entire building process. Pascal-Turner Homes can perform every aspect of your project such as: permit approvals, variances, demolition of existing dwelling, utility work and more.

We understand the new home building process can be challenging. Our objective is to prepare a comprehensive new home project quote so that you feel confident that all foreseen components in the process are addressed. Our comprehensive quote will give you all the information you need so you can make an educated decision to move forward and build a new home with Pascal-Turner Homes. Beware of the builder who is short on the details and avoids addressing all the components to enable you to move into the home.

"WATERFRONT COLLECTION"

Pascal-Turner Homes has developed a series of homes designed to go on the narrow 50' wide sites on the waterfront. The floor plans feature a traditional roadside entry with an orientation of the kitchen, morning room, living room and master bedroom towards the opposite end of the home maximizing the million dollar view of the waterfront.
