Empire Homes (A division of A&B Homes, Inc) is a multifaceted company that can provide assistance with every aspect of home ownership and acquisition. Incorporated in 2002, primarily as a Manufactured and IBC (Modular) Home dealer, we have developed a multi-pronged approach to serving our clients. We have Real Estate agents to assist with the acquisition of bare land, real property residences, commercial buildings and investment property. We also have loan agents to assist with financing or re-financing of real property but who also specialize in loans for manufactured housing on private land or on “leased land” (parks). The final component are agents licensed by HCD to sell Factory Built Housing for private land and “leased land” (parks).

We represent 3 Manufacturer's products (Western Homes / Silvercrest, Palm Harbor and Homes by Details) with a variety of floor plans. We have the experience and expertise to take you from conception to completion.
