Our third generation family team has roughly 30 years average experience in the factory built housing industry.  M & W Homes sells Homes from Skyline and Golden West. Both factories are in close proximity to our model center, which means that the customers save on transportation costs. To show the quality construction and ideas of floorplans of the homes that we sell, we consistently display at least 6 homes at our model center, but offer our customers the freedom to custom design the exact home that they are seeking. We offer one-stop shopping for customers who require add-on construction services, such as garages, porches, custom deck, driveways, or landscaping. We offer over 100 different pre-designed floor plans from which to choose.
