 Bit-O-Green is located in the Wisconsin River Valley of Iowa County, WI. This community borders Hwy 14 and is just 4 miles west of Arena. People tend to recognize our area for the historical town of Spring Green, Taliesin, and the American Players Theater and The House on the Rock Golf Course. Also the other area attraction is to the famous House on the Rock, which is approx. 15 minutes away. Bit-O-Green, an all age community, has a large recreational area in the center of this 13 acre community. For the outdoorsman you can enjoy being just minutes away from the Wisconsin River prime fishing spots! Plus, 120 acres of walking trails through a beautiful pine grove to the west. Bit-O-Green is about 20 min. from skiing at Tyrol Basin and it is also 20 minutes from Governor Dodge state park. Governor Dodge, in southwestern Wisconsin, is one of the state's largest state parks, with 5,270 scenic acres of steep hills, bluffs, and deep valleys plus two lakes and a waterfall.
Included in the yearly protected lease assessment at only $225 per month is:
