We have been servicing the affordable housing needs of northern California from our home base in Santa Rosa for over 40 years. We feel blessed to have achieved such longevity and realize that our success is partially attributed to our passion for what we do but also because we sincerely care about helping our customers achieve their dream of home ownership. We know how difficult buying a new home can be and therefore make sure we take the time to help guide each customer through their own individual buying process.

We maintain relationships with over 30 different communities throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties and always have new homes already professional set on foundations, ready to move in. We are constantly acquiring older homes in the communities we represent and replacing them with brand new models. We consistently have between 15 to 25 lot acquisitions in progress at all times.

We exist for those customers who seek to shorten the time from purchase to move in date. Because the homes we market are pre-selected and already professional set on a professional foundation, our customers move in quickly and with ease!

To make sure that all of our customers’ real estate needs are thoroughly provided for, we operate an in-house realty as well. Because of this convenience, we can provide service for any type of residential real estate transaction that our customers require.

Other conveniences we offer include an in-house brokerage to help our customers finance their purchases as well as our own insurance company. Our company owned construction company helps our clients with any add-on construction or remodeling needs that they may have.

Angel & Associates Park Division (Santa Rosa) is open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, and 12 Noon to 4pm on Sundays. We will also happily work by appointment as well.
