Laurel Village is conveniently located along Route 13 just north of Laurel in busy Sussex County, Delaware. It is only sixteen miles north of Salisbury, Maryland and about forty miles south of Dover. The Delaware beaches are only thirty-five miles away. Built in four phases since 1965, the park has both wooded and open lots. Our goal is to provide affordable housing to residents of western Sussex County.
